Transitioning to Cambridge University Press, I focused on educational technology, enhancing language testing designs.
This involved streamlining processes and integrating user feedback to make assessments more accessible and effective.

At M&G in the financial sector, I addressed the challenge of simplifying complex processes for users, ensuring that intricate financial products became more accessible and user-friendly. This experience reinforced my understanding of how effective design can bridge the gap between complexity and usability.
My background includes applying UX principles in various sectors, where I've worked on diverse projects such as designing book covers, business cards, and promotional materials. This showcases my versatility in UX design across multiple mediums.
